Did you complete your 2022 resolutions? No, don’t worry. We learned something from the year 2022.
I hope everyone is enjoying 2023 and having fun with friends, family, and loved ones.
I was distracted, unsuccessful, and sad for a few reasons and would like to share my experience.
This blog is all about 2022 and my comeback.

FINANCIAL STABILITY
- We all want to have financial stability. Financial stability can provide a sense of security and peace of mind and can help you feel more confident about your future.
- We are aware of our financial condition, and we try to make some decisions to make it better, but it’s getting worse every month.
- We all know, how to invest and have a strong feeling about making money, but we don’t have it.
- We’ve all considered working part-time at some point.
- Invest in passive income.
- We’re fools into investing because we were hoping that this would help us in a short time.
- Frustrated with time and unable to bear any additional expenses, we were forced to spend a lot of money on unnecessary items and have to spent in hospital, family, etc. We find ourself helpless.
- Money seems to be hard for us.

Here are a few steps you can take to work towards financial stability:
1. Seek professional advice: If you’re having trouble managing your finances or if you’re not sure where to start, consider seeking the advice of a financial professional.
2. Advice from CLOSE Friends: It may seem awkward to ask your friend for financial advice, but believe me, it is beneficial to learn how they manage their finances.
Every friend has a different strategy to manage the household budget.
3. Invest or save a penny, or stop spending money on cafes and dining out.
Accepting that we need to put something on hold for a while is an easy and the correct thing to do, and it is also good for us to acknowledge that you are short on money.
4. Start some part-time work or start looking for some work: Looking for work can be a great way to earn extra income, gain new skills and experiences, and stay engaged and active.
5. Discuss your financial issues with family and close friends: It is helpful to start discussing the budget with family and friends.
Family and friends will help us avoid unwanted spending.
They will be there for you during this difficult time, and you can seek their assistance.
It’s always better to share your condition, your thoughts, and your plans with close ones, They may guide you and help you through your budget.
- Note: Remember, financial conditions are always temporary. We all went through this and came back stronger with better management and strong skills to handle situations like this.
Make an effort to comprehend the difficult situation. - Don’t make quick decisions.
- Have faith and work hard.
- Try to be happy at such a time.
- Control your words and actions. Do not frustrate yourself over small things.
Are you unhappy with your current job and want to start a new one?
- Remember, making a career change can be a long process, and it’s important to be patient and persistent.
- Don’t be afraid to ask for help or seek guidance from others who have made similar transitions.
- Don’t you feel bored at the same place?
- Working in the same office for the past few years?
- No interest in new skills or promotion?
- Would you like to spent this year without being fired from your current job?
- Feeling more comfortable in the same job and not wanting to switch jobs because of the comfort zone
- Fear of rejection in interviews

- We all feel the same, but can’t help ourselves.But believe me, it is important for us to move out of our comfort zone.
- We don’t have many years to work hard, After a few years, we can be replaceable.
- We won’t find a similar job with our old skill sets and hence need to work on our skills.
- The future will be tough for us, Understand the importance of time and focus on your new skills and experiences.
- I was struggling in 2022. I started to figure out that I needed to make my financial situation better, hence looking for some part time jobs.
- We all know that switching jobs is difficult, but we can get some part time work.
- It may take time to find the right opportunity, but with a positive attitude and a proactive approach, you can be successful in your search.
Here are a few things you might try:
1. Take on new challenges: Start working on the new task,
Ask for some help and get on-board with some challenging tasks. This will help boost our confidence.
2. Research your options: Consider your strengths, interests, and values, and research careers that align with them.
Research the new jobs and find some alternatives.
3. Update your resume and cover letter: Highlight any relevant experience and skills you have, and be sure to tailor your resume and cover letter to the specific industry and position you are applying for.
Updating the resume, Make some changes as per market need.
4. Network and build relationships: Always be grateful to the colleagues, Build your network.
Seek out opportunities to learn from more experienced professionals.
Participate in some platforms.

5. Seek support: Consider working with a career coach or joining a professional group or association.

Tips: Join some social activity on the weekend. This will boost your mood and help you overcome stress.
when you feel less interested in activities that you typically enjoy
I’m not interested in anything, I don’t want to feel active, and I feel like I’m bored all the time.
We lost interest in our favorite sport and TV shows, but could not make an effort to regain your interest.
We always wish to have good friends.

We do enjoy the party, but if the lack of interest is persistent and affecting your daily life,
It may be a sign of something more serious, such as depression.
Here are some of my suggestions that will help you and that you can try to boost your mood:
1. Exercise: Try working out at home, do it for 15–20 minutes.
We all understand the benefits of exercise, but due to lack of interest, we drop it.
Make some gym/yoga friends.
Spent some time with gym friends and attempted to go to the gym every week for a week.
It will benefit your regular workout routine.You will start going with your friend, which will make you more punctual.
2. Get enough sleep: Make sure you are getting enough rest to improve your energy and mood.
3. Eat a healthy diet: A healthy diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help improve your mood and energy levels.
4. Engage in activities that you enjoy: Make time for activities that you find enjoyable, whether it’s spending time with friends, pursuing a hobby, or relaxing at home.
- Reminder: As we always start the gym and pay the amount for the year or 6 months within a few days,
We should only sign up for a month of gym/yoga membership.We can purchase a membership plan for a year or more once we have regular access to a fitness club. - We think that the single month plan is expensive, but helpful for new members. We often stop going to the gym despite paying the full price for a variety of reasons.Save it!
- I started the yoga classes for one month and then discontinued it. When i feel the urge to rejoin yoga, I always go for the trial and then join the class for a month. This helps my routine plan. Not to pay the full amount initially!
Had negative vibes from everywhere
- In 2022, I wondered why everything wasn’t right for me.
- I realise that the people around you make your surroundings better.
- You started hating people for no good reason.
- Getting annoyed by verbal discussion
not in the mood to understand anyone’s point of view - Everyone seems to be speaking against you.
- Do not want to discuss anything with anyone.

Here are some major steps we need to follow:
1. Surround yourself with positive people: Seek out supportive friends and loved ones who can offer a positive influence and a listening ear.
2. Engage in activities that bring you joy: Find activities that you enjoy and make time for them, whether it’s spending time with loved ones, pursuing a hobby, or relaxing at home.
3. Practice mindfulness: Focus on the present moment and pay attention to your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
- Reminder: Begin spending some alone time to better understand each other.
- Take better care of yourself: get more sleep, etc.
- Engage in activities that you enjoy.
- Read books
- Walk alone in the garden or another peaceful location.
- Listen to good music.
- Make yourself more active at work.
Finally, it was over, As we said, this time will pass, and we will be better.
