1. Vietnamese Coconut Coffee

- 2 tbsp pure coffee powder
- 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp hot water
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 2-3 tsp condensed milk
- Shredded Coconut
- Ice cubes or shaved ice
How to prepare:
- Make black coffee as usual.
- Pour the brewed coffee into a shaker (or plastic bottle) and shake vigorously until the coffee is bubbly.
- Put ice, coconut milk, condensed milk in a blender, blend until smooth.
- Pour the shaken coffee into the cup, then slowly pour in the ground coconut milk (note: gently pour to retain the foam).
- Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top and enjoy.
2. Egg Coffee

Ingredients:
- 3 tsp coffee powder
- 2 tsp condensed milk
- 1 fresh chicken egg
- Honey and sugar
How to prepare:
- Make black coffee as usual.
- Separate egg whites and egg yolks.
- For the yolk: add a little honey, use a whisk to beat the mixture until it turns pale yellow. Rinse the whisk to use in the next step.
- For the whites: add a little honey and sugar, beat with a whisk until the mixture doubles in size.
- Pour condensed milk into the coffee cup, stir well. (Note: When making egg coffee, the coffee needs to be hot. If the coffee has cooled down, put it in the microwave to reheat.)
- Pour the egg yolk on top, then pour the white. Enjoy while the coffee is still hot.
3. Golden Milk Latte

Milk portion:
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp water
- Ground black pepper
Latte:
- 2 1/2 cups coffee (prepared)
- 1 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Vanilla Extract
How to prepare:
- Milk part: Put turmeric, cinnamon powder, pepper and water in a glass, stir well and set aside.
- Latte part: Put coffee, almond milk, honey, coconut oil, vanilla and 1 tsp of milk made above into a blender, blend well until smooth.
- Finally, pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy.
4. Banana Coffee Smoothie

- 1/4 tbsp cup coffee (prepared, chilled)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana (for freezing)
- Some honey and ice

5. Vanilla Coconut Cashew Latte Smoothie

- 1 cup of coffee (prepared). Can be replaced with 3/4 cup of coffee (prepared) and 1/4 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 small banana frozen or 100g sweet potato (ripe) frozen (can combine 50g banana and 50g sweet potato)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A little salt and ice
How to prepare:
- Place all ingredients in a blender, blend from low speed to high speed until thickly smooth. Avoid blending for too long as the heat from the blender will affect the consistency of the mixture.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with some coffee beans or any toppings you like.
6. Coffee Avocado Milkshake

- 1 avocado
- 2 cups coffee (prepared)
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- Vanilla Extract
- Ice
How to prepare:
- Peel the avocado, cut the pomegranate.
- Put butter, coffee, condensed milk, vanilla and ice in a blender until pureed, then pour into a glass.
- Put toppings as desired, serve and enjoy.
7. Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

- 1/3 cup pureed cooked pumpkin
- 1 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 4 tsp instant coffee powder
- 4 tsp sugar
- A little nutmeg powder
How to prepare:
- Put 1 cup of almond milk , pumpkin, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg in a blender until pureed, then pour into ice tray and freeze overnight.
- Proceed to make coffee, stir in the sugar, let it cool and place in the refrigerator overnight or for a few hours.
- Put the prepared pumpkin ice in a blender, add 3/4 cup almond milk and coffee then blend.

8. Iced Coffee Soda

- 1 cup black coffee (prepared)
- 1 cup soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup of water
- Ice
How to prepare:
- Make sugar syrup: put sugar and water in a pot, cook on medium heat. Continue stirring until the sugar dissolves. When the mixture boils, remove from heat and let it cool.
- Put ice in a glass, then pour in coffee and soda, add 1-2 tbsp of sugar syrup, stir and enjoy.
9. White Chocolate Mocha

- 3/4 cup fresh milk
- 3 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coffee (prepared)
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- A little nutmeg (optional)
How to prepare:
- Heat chocolate and milk over low heat until mixture is combined.
- Pour the above mixture into the ready-to-drink coffee, adding sugar if you like.
- Spray whipped cream on top and sprinkle some ground nutmeg for garnish.
10. Caramel Irish Coffee

- 1/5 cup Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 cup hot coffee
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Whipped cream
- Caramel syrup
How to prepare:
- Warm the glass by pouring hot water into it, let it sit for a few minutes, then pour the water away.
- Pour the wine into the warmed glass, then stir in the coffee and sugar.
- Spray whipped cream on top, add some caramel syrup for garnish and enjoy.
11. Salted Caramel Burnt Latte

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh milk or coconut milk
- 2-3 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup black coffee (prepared)
- Whipped cream
- A little salt
How to prepare:
- Put the sugar in a pot, place on the stove over medium heat, stir until the sugar melts and turns brown.
- Pour the cooked caramel onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread evenly, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. When the caramel hardens, use a spoon to mash the caramel.
- Put milk, caramel sauce and a little salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. When the mixture boils, add a little vanilla and beat with a whisk or fork until the mixture is frothy.
- Pour the coffee into the cup, then slowly pour in the caramel milk. Spray whipped cream on top and sprinkle some prepared caramel crumbs.
